The fruit of 5 years of Research and Development, the EVERCUT® knife is the result of its eponymous technology: titanium carbide, an ultra hard material, is melted by the very latest generation laser beam (at an instant temperature of over 4000°C) along the edge of a stainless steel blade.

This reinforced edge is then shaped and sharpened by diamond wheels, the only material capable of machining the EVERCUT® blade. This technical procedure rounded off by extreme machining precision gives EVERCUT® a cutting edge which practically never wears down and whose quality and sharpness of cut are exceptional.
